Make sure to review all the important information you need to know about directions, check in/out, what to make sure to pack, what’s on the weekend schedule, learn more about activities, sign the required waiver, things not permitted in the park, learn more about your 2022 reunion committee, review the latest updates about registration, or you can click the button below to start to explore all that we’ve planned for the reunion.
NOTE: Daily Camp Activities – Each Adult guest is required to complete and sign an individual activities waiver for themselves and all minors for which they are responsible.

Auction Items Needed – We need homemade or store- bought items, professional services to contribute to the family auction. If you’re an artist, bring your paintings to auction. If you have family photos/scrapbooks you want to donate to the auction, bring those. If you’re a real estate agent, a skilled laborer like a welder or an electrician, a tattoo artist, a web designer or a fitness instructor and want to donate some of your time/advice/services to a family member in person or virtually, offer yourself and your services to the auction! This is how we raise seed money to help fund the next family reunion!
Poker Tournament – Wanna play Texas Hold ‘Em and help raise money for the next reunion? A $25 buy-in is all you need to play. We’ll take cash or you can Zelle David Carranza the money. Once you start playing, there will be no other monies exchanged, just chips. We did this during the 2014 reunion in Austin and made $300 for the 2017 reunion! Lots of fun and you’ll get to wear the coveted Poker Stetson Cowboy hat as the first-place winner! Plus bragging rights, which is more important! Your dealer will be James Fotinos. Talent Show Entrants – Please contact Melinda directly either by text, phone call [512-264-5804] or email [meloquin614@yahoo.com] with your talent skit. Can you sing? Dance? Perform Magic? Perform martial arts? Tell clean jokes? Remember this is a good Christian family! Please bring your own music/CD’s and any other equipment you need to perform your act. We will have some electronic equipment at our disposal such as a boombox and a DVD player and a television screen. We will also have at least 2 microphones and other audio equipment. Pirate Costume Contest – Saturday night after the Talent Show, we’ll have a fun pirate costume contest. Bring your best garb – but keep the weapons at home! Winners for the best adult male, adult female and child/teen pirate will be determined by audience applause. Awesome piratical prizes for the winners! And, of course, bragging rights!
