Meal Service
For those family members lodging off-site or traveling from home each day, Camp Campbell offers a per-meal option, so that we all might be able to enjoy mealtime together.
All food and food service will be provided through the Camp Campbell kitchen. Modern equipment and service, hand- made, healthy, locally-sourced ingredients, and professional staff are said to provide a quality of service that surpasses expectations and delights guests (that’s us! wee!).
Below are the meal rates for meal type for the Meal Service Plan
Individual Meal Costs
Breakfast – $13.00
Lunch* – $15.00
Dinner* with dessert – $17.00
*All lunches and dinners include a salad bar.
Dietary restrictions and allergen-free food service can be provided by camp. Please communicate your dietary needs to the reunion committee by July 1st.
Mealtimes
Meals are served buffet style and meal service lasts for one hour. Please make a note of the meal times below and be on-site while service is available.
Breakfast – 8:00 to 8:50
Lunch – 12:30 to 1:20
Dinner – 6:00 to 6:50
You may choose to register for the full five meal service plan, or choose each meal individually.
Payments
Your registration is complete upon receipt of your payment!
Credit Card Payments
You may make a credit card payment with our Stripe online interface. Credit card payments incur a 2.9% fee, however, which is added to your total when you select Stripe. Please follow the online prompts after submitting your registration form.
Zelle
If you bank with Chase, Bank of America, or most other national banks, use the Zelle app to send your registration payment from your bank account to ours! To use Zelle, send your payment with the information listed after submitting your registration form.
PayPal
If you would like to use your PayPal balance, we’ve set up a PayPal Pool to receive your funds. Please do not make a credit card payment using PayPal without be adding the 2.9% processing fee. The link to the pool will be available after submitting your registration form.
Traditional Payments
Not to be forgotten, you may also pay via check, money order, or wire transfer. The pertinent info for these payments will also be available after submitting. If your favorite payment type doesn’t show on at checkout, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it!
50% Deposit Payment
Note: At this date the deposit option is no longer available. If at this time you’d prefer only to make a deposit payment of 50%, please use coupon code “50” at the time of registration. You will be charged 50% when registering, and billed 50% at a later date.
